Cancellation Policy

At Evolve, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order and how refunds are handled to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience.
1. Cancellation Window
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
2. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without any charges.
  • Once cancelled, the order will not be processed further.
  • You will receive confirmation once the cancellation is successfully completed.
3. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.
4. How to Request Cancellation
  • To cancel your order, please contact us within the eligible timeframe using:

  • Please include your Order ID and reason for cancellation for faster processing.
5. Refund Process
  • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of delays, customers are encouraged to contact our support team.
6. Cancellation by Evolve
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:
    • Product unavailability or stock issues
    • Payment failure or verification issues
    • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
    • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
7. Important Notes
  • Cancellation requests outside the allowed timeframe may not be entertained.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted in certain cases as per policy.
  • Refund timelines depend on banking/payment gateway processing times after initiation.
