  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable locations.
  • Delivery availability may depend on courier partner coverage in your area.
2. Shipping Charges
  • We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹799.
  • For orders below ₹799, a nominal shipping fee may be applied at checkout.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp with tracking details (if available).
4. Delivery Timelines
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, logistics conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Remote or non-metro areas may experience slightly longer delivery durations.
5. Delivery Partners
  • We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • While we strive for prompt delivery, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our direct control.

7. Delivery Attempts
  • Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
    • Natural calamities or weather conditions
    • Public holidays or regional restrictions
    • Logistics disruptions or high order volumes

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
